Lovely wedding day  St. George. May 5, 2012

I am just so weird around him. :) I JUST LOVE HIM!

Introduction

Hey! Matt Wright here, reporting in for the first time on this blog that I share with my wife, Elizabeth. Just a little introduction about myself,

I married the most beautiful woman in the entire world on May 05, 2012 in St. George, Utah and we are currently living in Salt Lake City. I currently work at the J. Willard Marriott Library on the University of Utah campus. I am a manuscripts assistant and my job is to organize and refolder collections that were donated to the library. I prepare these collections to be researched by patrons of the library. It sounds slightly boring, but I love my job. I am also currently attending the U of U full time. My major is in History and my current plan is to get into the State Department for my career.

I am also a very ambitious writer. At age 8, I wrote my first story. Since then, I've written 8 novels. I am currently in the process of publishing one of them right now actually! (More details to follow later)

Another thing about me is that I love video games. I've been a gamer for as long as I can remember. My favorite game is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (I got Elizabeth hooked on it as well).

Anyways, I hope that's a good enough introduction for everyone. It should be interesting to see how this blog evolves!

Elizabeth's LIfe

Let's see what I can tell you guys about myself. I am 4'11 so I am very short. I love high heels just for the fact that they make me taller. I love to sing, I usually sing so loud that I am almost certain our neighbors can hears us. Well we do live in a apartment where the walls are paper thin. I am currently working at Kneaders where the food is amazing and is the best job ever! Even though sometimes it is really long and boring the customers are interesting. My coworkers are pretty dang awesome too!

I am married to Matt, of course! I couldn't be more happier! We got married on May 5, 2012 we were married and sealed in the St. George temple. We met at Dixie State in St. George I never thought when I moved there I would meet the man I would marry. I remember our first date when we had gone to Dixie rock and climbed and talked for a good couple hours, we then watched the movie Real Steel and it made me want a robot that could fight! I wouldn't know what to use it for but who cares it would awesome!

Now forward 8 months where we are now, living in Salt Lake where our Sundays consist of watching old tv shows from our childhood. It usually means I pick the shows that include Hey Arnold, Fairly Odd Parents, Avatar the Last Airbender etc. So its always nice to watch to be able to be myself around him! I couldn't be more happier! Matthew really is the best husband ever! There is a little about myself and what I like to do. I'm going to enjoy some Netflix on this lovely snowy night. :)

Matt and Elizabeth

We have finally joined the blogging world as a couple! We also got our first email as a couple together! After 8 months of marriage my life still seems like a fairy tale, Matthew is the best thing that has happened to me. I love the fact I can be myself around him! We just finished the 6th season of Doctor Who!  I (Elizabeth) started watching the show because one of Matt's cousin said I would like it so I gave it try! I fell in love with it! I had watched all the way up until the 5th season when I convinced Matt to give it try. So we started the show all over and he seemed to really like it! It soon became a nightly thing where we would stay up until midnight watching Doctor Who and it was fun! I was very sad when we finished it the other night. I can't wait until they put up the 7th season on Netflix, but until then we are going to go back and watch the old ones! Matt just started his second semester here at the University of Utah. We live in a small apartment and we attend this awesome ward!  I believe we have one of the best callings ever! We have the chance to go to the Primary Children Medical Center. We visit the parents of the children and tell them that the church is there for them, we also have the men offer blessings to sick children. It is heartbreaking to see such young children in pain. We do have those children that have a smiles on. With the children smiling it makes our calling worth wild. We are very blessed to be visiting such amazing children once to twice a month. This is just a couple things we are blessed with in our life that we are staring together. I can't wait to spend the rest of eternity with the love of life!
